Their shipping is horrible, 3 times now they have delivered my package to the house down the street and I have to go through the process of filing a claim and then waiting, after I have paid for the item. I hate when I see the an item I bought is coming through FedEx, I know I am going to have to argue and chase down my package.

I had an overnight package that was shipped from a Cranston RI business to my home in Blackstone, MA on Monday, 5/9. This was a next day shipment requiring a signature that should have arrived on Tuesday, 5/10. When the package had not arrived by 6:00 PM yesterday I called FedEx and was assured that the package would be delivered as promised. I called FedEx again at 7:00 PM and was once again told that the package would be delivered by 10:00 POM at the latest. Since the package required a signature I stayed up to receive it. Guess what? No package delivered and when I checked their website it showed that the package was still at West Boylston. Today I called and was told that due to staff shortages the package was not delivered. A far cry from what I was told on Tuesday (twice). Based on this experience I will not be using FedEx in the future unless forced to do so.

TWICE in a row, my package was delivered to the wrong address. Not to mention it’s is almost impossible for the automated messages to stop to actually speak with a representative. Will definitely chose another shipping carrier than them! I do not consider!!

Always friendly, and very competent. Was surprised that they no longer will tape boxes for you. Instead they'll sell you tape rolls. Corporate greed? I think so. First world problem? Definitely. Still convenient, overall.
