Had a loose charging port, brought it for repair. After a week of "diagnostics" they told me my motherboard was shorted and needed full motherboard replacement. My laptop worked and turned on before their "diagnostics", after it wouldn't turn on. Since motherboard replacement was expensive I took the laptop for diagnostics to microcenter, just in case. Turns out they forgot to plug couple of wires during reassembly. Laptop works perfectly fine now with replaced charging port. Even though they didn't charge me anything their services ended up costing me two weeks of time, 40$ for microcenter diagnostics and a lot of stress thinking I had to replace the entire motherboard...
