Rude and disrespectful staff! Today was my first time trying to work in this library and I wanted to go early to enjoy some quiet time before kids and teens are out from school. At 11 a.m two members of staff were talking for almost an hour and laughing very loud while myself and the lady sitting next to me working could not concentrate. When one of the staff saw me looking their way, she approached me and asked me "Can I help with something?", I said "no, I just could not focus" and she responded with the most condescending way and said "Well it gets worse after 2:30" then looked me up and down and said " just so you know okay?".

The building is completely accessible. It is not easy to see, but there is an ADA lift to the computer area. If you can't find it, just ask staff and they will show you. It's just behind the reference desk.

To get a free account, you need to live, work, attend school, or own property in New York State. If your ID has an old address, bring your ID and something that has your name and current address on it, such as an apartment lease, mobile phone bill, etc.
