They are not very friendly in my opinion, or at least not on this occasion anyway. In fact the staff comes off as being cold and the library itself doesn't give off a relaxing/peaceful vibe at all.

Came to pick up a book I had on hold. Katlyn told me they were closed….it was not 4pm yet however they had all lights off and denied me service. I asked if could just be handed the book it was already on hold. Poor customer service. Why would you shut down if your hours of closing haven’t been reached yet?

Didn't really get a chance to go inside, I believe they supposed to open at either 9am or 10am a few years back they used to open at 10am but I went there today at 10:30am and they were closed. I was kind of mad about that but they had a sign on the door that said they're closed all day due to staff development meetings which is cool because it's good to train and develop your employees but I still wish they were open at least half of the day.

The library is so neat and friendly. Very quiet in there. The staff who works in Monroe-Walton County Public Library is so friendly and willing to help everyone from child to senior! I love that library! The books are very organized by library staff.

You have to search their website. You can not enter the building. Curbside pick only. If you call they may be able to help you, but we have done all our searches and checkouts via the website.
You can reserve books online for curbside pick up, call the library for pick up time and instructions
Yes when it's open currently closed due to virus
Yes, it's $1 per page...
Depending on where the book is coming from, around 2weeks. But it has been longer, it also depends on how new the book is and how many other ppl are on hold ahead of you.
I don't know i don't work there
I see you posted this a long time ago, but just in case you were still looking, check out the Monroe Walton center for the arts.
