Was there for the Monet exhibit so my review is only for that. The exhibit was fine but the lack of seating is ridiculous! If you have any issues with you knees, back or hips you may want to think twice. You should expect to be able to stand still for a minimum of 1hr. For some this is not an issue but for the elderly or those with chronic issues, it can be difficult. It's a shame it's not more inclusive 😕

Venue was lovely all maintained. The air conditioning was set was too cccold. The Downtown Abbey Exhibit was well done but very overpriced and was the themed gift shop required visit to enter and leave the exhibit.

June 13th is when it opens
I googled parking near there and found a lot right behind there. I think they had a couple other spots right near by

Every day 10am to 6pm last entry is 4:30pm as it takes minimal a hour n half to breeze through it. VIP ticket is the best way anytime entry as reserve an hourly entrance to the Exhibit really isn't good plus you get the Audio included. The only thing missing is Lady Mary's Bedroom as she's my favorite of the actors. If you curled up on the sofa with wine and grapes, cheese, etc on every Sunday evening not missing an episode. You must get to an Exhibit. Here in Boston it's set up in Little China and Little Italy a short walk from the the Theater District. Less then a 20 minute walk from South Station. I've seen the Garments at Biltmore Estates as I'm a passholder there. Saw it at Cheekwood Mansion Nashville, they let everyone ring the servents bells. They had a limo out by the front door. I saw the Exhibition in NYC. I heard West Palm Beach was the best as everything was put out. Next Stop, BILTMORE ESTATES Ashville, NC the best in USA! Christmas at Biltmore! And Downton Abbey!
