Lots of goodies. Fabric cutting table was super nice. The girl at the check out wasn't very friendly. Didn't speak a word to us. Not even a hello. Wouldn't even repeat my total. I had to ask. How much is that please ? Oh well her problem. The managers friendly.

No one ever asks me if I need help so if you need help don't expect it here. They normally have full shelves and the fabric is very wide range just the staff are no help

This Jo-Ann's is always nice and clean. The staff is always helpful. If you need help finding something or even have a question about a project you are working on they will do their best to help you out. The fabric selection has a wide variety of types and patterns. The crafting half of the store is just as good. Lots of papercrafting supplies, beads and jewelry, a ton of kids crafts, fine art supplies, and more. Plus they get a lot of cute seasonal stuff to decorate with.

As the former education coordinator of this store, yes, they do. Though I wouldn't go to this location to learn anymore.
