Family Pools North has given us exceptional service. They are available to answer questions or perform water testing. But more importantly, their service is second to none. We were unfortunate in that we incurred winter damage to our pool; Dave was out to the house several times to address the issue and to make sure we did not lose a day of swimming this summer. I heartily recommend Family Pools North if you are in the Kingston area.

Yes , you can take a sample in to them and they will test it for free and let you know what you need for the pool . Highly recommend them .
We currently require masks to enter the store. Our people wear masks while customers are in the store. Surfaces are cleaned at a minimum of daily, but more frequently during busy periods.
