Rude lady named Jessica, seems bothered to be working worst customer service. She needs to be trained correctly and as far as I know she gets paid to work and treat customers with respect.

Horrible service, I drove back asking for my biscuits (now I wouldn't drive back to "lie" its a waste of gas but anyways they said " we gave it to you, " I said " no yall give me two fries" then proceed to talk Spanish like I aint know! Maribel was the cashier. And the old Mexican rude lady and the kid. Not even apologized for their mistake even when i offered them to check my bag and my recipt. Will definitely not be coming back.

How does a chicken place run out of chicken? Chicken that we could order was hot and crispy at least. Stiffed us on a larger mash potato. I think I visit this location once a year and it always seems to be an issue.

They have really changed.The chicken i was served wasn't cooked rignt,i got sick,gravy was like water,brown gravy.I tried to get with management,lobby is closed all the time. Made me wait in a long line to the window. The food has gone down,not good at all.
