First of all the staff I encountered was so unprofessional. I was 10 min late showing up back to work because of this. I ordered on the app to have the sandwich made by a specific time. I checked the status of the order when I was at the store and it said it was “ready”. I get there and only my coworkers order was sitting in the online pickup area. The cashier then asked me what I’m waiting for in a very rude way disrupting the paying customers already in line. So I have to literally tell the person making the sandwiches how I want it made. I get to the cash register and I grabbed a medium drink. She then looked up my entire order to make sure I paid for it and made sure I got the correct items she made me put the medium cup back for the small cup.….. why was I not compensated for the delay on my order? shouldn’t they have checked the online order before I got there and had it ready in the first place? Not when I’m about to grab my food and go? I wont be going back to this location. Horrible staffing for lunch hour.

I placed my rotisserie chicken salad through the app and requested NO olives, add sliced avocado(extra cost), and smashed avocado(extra cost). I received olives and no sliced avocado which I can live with BUT my chicken was RAW! Still pink still slimy. No good management for quality control? Disgusting.
