If you're looking for convenience look elsewhere. The new system update makes it impossible to pay loan payments from internal SCU accounts. They're solution is drive to a branch and make the payment. It's been 4 months with the same issue and no answers. Sad because I used to swear by them.

I do not know what happened to SCU. But, what a nightmare. Whenever I call the local Exeter #, I get Star and her automated system. I then have to tell her several times I need a live agent and then I’m 76th in the queue. The new chat service is atrocious. Keeps disconnecting me. Very frustrating after waiting on phone and then the chat disappears. Such a disappointment. I personally feel this upgrade has not had the outcome intended. It’s amazing how fast this establishment went downhill.

Can someone explain a system upgrade that has taken over 6 days and is still not working properly? Whatever happened to usability testing? They deleted my current online banking payees and replaced them with payees from 2013. And Bill Pay people don't work weekends. I wonder if they work at all. Am I angry? I am absolutely livid. They don't even rate 1 star. Dan Clarke, SVP of Member Experience, where are you? Hiding under your desk? Anticipating all those bonuses for a job well done? Shame, shame, and more shame on you. Try listening to the irate calls from members that your inadequately prepared call center agents have to take. Give them the bonus.

Staff is for the most Part nice to the account holder, but experienced some negativity. For instance; the manager didn’t have enough cash on hand, was refused my requested amount. I’ve been a member for over 10 years and think my Time is coming to an end. Going to a bank that appreciates my loyalty. And if your not in the US, the phone personnel is difficult to contact and if it’s after hours personnel are not helpful, and in my experience have been hung up on numerous times. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend SCU.

I have the same problem. I was able to call any branch and talk to someone there, now there is one number for all branches and always 25 to 35 calls ahead of me. I even gave a call back number as instructed by the call center and they would call me when it's my turn....... They called me 5 days later and couldn't answer my question. They've become the absolute worst.

This Credit Union has become the absolute worst. Their customer service is terrible. I've been a customer since 1982 and don't understand what their problem is. Very disturbing.
