It depends. If you got them at the Public Health Clinic when you were small, they might. If you got them at a pediatrician's office they wouldn't (Doctors don't send records to the Health Department upon retirement/closure). If you call 978-674-4308 they can check for you.

Can the board of help help you with getting a TB test to go to work in the medical field

The Health Dept doesn't do employment TB testing. Please check with your Primary Care Physician or a local pharmacy.
