Highly unethical business practices. Girlfriend has been trying to cancel her membership for an entire calendar year. Customer service is unhelpful and so misleading that I have to believe it is intentional in order to scam you out of money. Do not go here

Have been a member here for quite some time and the customer service continues to go down hill. I have had a number of issues with miss bookings, cancellations, etc., but have kept an open mind. I have been trying to call for the last week to schedule a massage and someone has yet to answer or call me back. I have now called 5 times and left 2 voicemails and now have credits piling up on my account because I can't get ahold of anyone. Do not go to this location.

Absolutely loved my experience at hand and stone! The person at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. My massage therapist Ken was excellent and did a great job adjusting to what level of firmness was best for me. I also got a facial during my time there and my skin feels completely rejuvenated and hydrated. I would go back and recommend to my friends in the area or who are visiting and looking to relax!

I booked hot-stone massages for myself and my partner for his birthday this past Sunday. His therapist, Andre, was absolutely AMAZING and I am so grateful that he had a wonderful experience! Go see Andre for massages!! Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with my therapist Michael. But the manager, Nick, was super helpful and he turned the whole experience around for me. Thank you Nick!
