Initially, I was reluctant to visit another Petco after our terrible experience at the Plano location the same day. However, my son wanted more fish for our saltwater aquarium so we went anyways and what a difference this location was. We were being helped fairly quickly. Once the girl couldn't catch the fish, she went and grabbed Blake to help. I'm so glad she did because Blake was absolutely wonderful! He never made us feel like we "couldn't" purchase a specific fish but threw out some suggestions. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience fun. Even brought out a flashlight to show us the cool things the anemones do. The world definitely needs more Blake's! He's the real MVP with amazing customer service. I never write reviews but this guy deserves to be recognized! Thanks for a great experience Blake!

I was shopping and an employee stopped to ask if I needed assistance. He was super helpful and very kind. At check out another employee was also very kind and helpful. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this store based off my experience.

Helful and friendly staff. Bought my son an aquarium (1st timer). Dint buy fish yet as advised to ensure we have good quality of water. Waiting for a few more days, will provide water sample as advised and will buy fish. They can recommend combination
