🚨Count your pills in front of the pharmacist before leaving.🚨 I’ve always had a really good experience with this pharmacist. While they may be very busy, they’ve always been kind, polite and helpful. Much appreciated when I’m not feeling well. 😊🌸 But, something has changed recently. My latest prescription was short three pills (one day’s dose). This had happened one other time this year (that I was aware of) but marked it up as “mistakes happen, not worth worrying about it”. But, at least twice since January is no longer an accident (in my opinion) and seeming to be more of a profit-making decision. They better fix this quick.

The line at the pharmacy is always HUGE. Seems disorganized. I go in for a prescription and the next day or so they let me know that I have another one ready for pick up! I really don't want to go stand in that line all the time. Lots of times I see the line and turn around and leave... But then they keep calling you. Infuriating.

Update: this place is STILL slow as molasses and the pharmacy staff is RUDE. I went to get a booster shot, didn't know where to go so I knocked on the "clinic" door. The nurse answers the door while I was still talking. Called the"manager" went in detail about what happened barely paying any attention to me, her response was "ok I'll tell him". I asked her was that all she had to say and she tells me to hold on. Then the real pharmacy manager, Gina, gets on the phone and in the middle of me trying to explain the story...AGAIN, she keeps asking me if I was at the right Walgreens because she didn't see me. After I told her I was sitting outside in my car looking at the address on the building. So finally she stopped interrupting me with her irrelevant questions and apologized and said she would talk to him. Thos place really needs to work with their staff. I'm really tempted to change pharmacies. If you are in a rush, don't come here to get your prescriptions. Every single time I come to this location and go through drive through, it's ALWAYS a wait. Whether it's 1 car or 16 cars, one drive thru, or both drive thru's it's a 15 minute wait at the minimum. It's quicker to go inside. Pharmacy techs arent the friendliest either.
