Not to sure what or why there not serving breakfast when there supposed to this the 2nd time I came and no one took my order I went to the front and a worker was outside trying to get in said she seen a lady inside she had been trying to get in for 20 minutes never again will I return to this Taco Bell waste of time

The only reason why I’m writing this 2 out 5 is because the second time I went through the drive-through because they messed up on one of my items on my order they didn’t even get it right that time either so suggestion please make sure you listen to the customer and what they were wanting done to the order correctly and if you didn’t hear them clarify with them what they wanted modified. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened with my experience here.

So, I’m giving the 1 star rating because I do Uber and yes sorry I know they do their best! But what happened here is not right it shouldn’t happened. I got the order 3 miles away I get their I see that it’s busy drive thru packed inside packed I go inside I take my time to tell them that I’m picking up for Uber probably 20 minutes or more I try my best to be patient 5 people get to order and get their food I get ready to tell them I’m here for Uber the name they tell me ok will Make it! So I feel good relieved that I’m finally getting the order. Then I get ready to tell them again sometimes you got to pressure them even thou I don’t want too but I have to. Next thing she tells me is oh we don’t have that order I was like come on really you made me wait still after confirming the order and waiting long really !! That’s the reason why I put the star I was taking to the customer also that customer is not going to be happy with you.

It used to be a good place Maybe 3 years ago but now I don't like coming here every time I come to order they pull me up to park, they care more about their time than their customers, about 3 months ago I was ordering on the drive thru and I ask the lady one question about the special box what was on it and she was very rude then I was talking to my kids in the car and asked them what the box had and she replied "ma'am I already told you what comes in it" then she told me again but with a very loud angry voice. Then about a month ago I whent to get a 12 party pack all crunchy and the shells were horrible I don't know if they were too old but that's exactly how they tasted we couldn't eat them. I try calling but they never answered the phone and I dialed around 7 times and there was no other customersat that moment and still i was pull up to the front to park. These kind of places needs employees that cares about their customers, knows how to deal with customers and have patience. Very bad service.
