Worst customer service ever, ;like they are doing me the customer a favor when they finally showed. They left a huge mess after installation and never came back to clean it up. They think they are the only game in town so they act as such. Find someone else.

I had my home built through Highland Homes and they used this company, well 3 years later my stone has fallen off the side of my home in a huge 3 ft section. Called left vm no return call, called again got vm again, did the contact on their website, nothing, called back and finally got someone to answer and said it could take up to a month for someone to return my call. Terrible work and terrible customer service.

Picked up J & N's information from one of my construction managers and was able to visit the showroom to pick out the perfect stone for a project. Having worked for a builder over the past 8+ year's, I know quite a few have used, and still use, J&N and the buyers that chose the "stone option" are generally pleased with the work... Just not sure is they're the actual trade who does the install, or if there is a tertiary company doing the work. In either case, the purchase process went smooth and the pricing was better than most other vendors I'd looked at... including the fact that I rented a pick-up at my local Home Depot and drove out to S Davenport (from Lake Nona) via 417 and back.

Amature quality work. uneven/not level installation. Very sloppy with globs of grout all over stones and grout stains on my clean driveway from sloppy install. Stones were stacked on top of each other with no cardboard/plastic or something between them and the finish rubbed off on the stone peeks during transit. Salesmen did not care once he had my deposit his attitude changed considerably. Would not recommend this business.
