Wow!! Best describes my lunch today. I was greeted and seated right away all with a smile. My server was Kayla who was fabulous from beginning to bringing me a to go box. Kayla checked on me a few times and also let ne know my food would be a few more minutes. So worth the extra few minutes, every bite was hot. Upon leaving I asked to speak to a manager so I could give kudos to my experience! Troy also apologized for the delay and I said thank you and so worth the wait. Again Kayla was fabulous! I will be back.

I order the beef nachos and didn't even eat it. I threw it away. Took forever for my food.

Really lovely staff at this chili's. Food is very nice and not to pricy. Service can be a little slow when it is busy, but staff are attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. Shout out to our server Lizzie who really looked after us when my group was dealing with jet lag and struggling to complete basic sentences. She was really lovely and made our visit very memorable.

I’ll start with the tables all covered with some sort of sticky substitute. We checked other tables, and they were all the same. The waitress said “it’s the cleaner causing the finish to be so sticky.” She then gave us napkins and kids menus to line our disgusting table. The street corn was burnt to a cinder. The ribs were unfortunately cooked wayyyy too much. The waitress said she “hadn’t sold any today”. So, I guess it was to be expected. I’ve never been to this chili’s. If this was my first experience, I would never have returned. We wanted the desert, but why allow ourselves to be let down further? Avoid this location.
