Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment company. With less than 3 weeks until our move in date the office left me a voicemail saying to call them back. Once I had a chance I called and was told that our unit was no longer available because the current tenant wasn’t leaving. We now have to wait who knows how long for our deposit back (which we unfortunately are depending on to put down on a different apartment) and will be without a place to live in a matter of weeks. They gave no mind to the urgency of the situation and gave no support in accommodating us in the time being. They essentially held our money for weeks and weeks and never helped us and offered us a unit that wasn’t even available. Horrible horrible company.

My husband and I have lived here for a while, it was our first apartment together in 2012 and then we left for a bit to another complex and came back in 2016. We’ve experienced the three management firms that have owned it and Jones Street is by far the best. The complex is quiet and removed from main roads enough that there isn’t a lot of traffic noise, however it’s super convenient for commuting, shopping, etc. The apartments have a good layout (we’re in a 2 bedroom on the first floor) and I love that our kitchen is open to the living room. The team in the main office is super friendly and helpful, and they do an amazing job managing anything that may pop up (no matter where you live, in a community like this there will always be safety concerns and things like that to manage). Where previous management would let things slide, this team does not. Overall it’s a great location in Chelmsford.

Recently moved into this facility and so far we love it. Office staff has been terrific, response time to questions and getting resolution for a few minor apartment repairs has been outstanding. The grounds seem to be well cared ( groomed and clean) for and we couldn't ask for a more convenient location.
