I would have clicked 0 if that was possible. I have had a nightmare dealing with Chelford housing Authority. In 2019 I took a Chelmsford housing tenant. Home inspected was completed and approved. Tenant paid her potion of the rent for 1 month and stopped paying. Notified Chelford housing of tenant not paying her potion of rent and having men living in apartment that were not on the lease. I contacted the housing manager and sent her document to show that tenant had other people living in the home that are not on the lease. Once I started the process of eviction. Chelmsford housing did an inspection and claimed that the apartment had heating issue. When in fact there was no change in the heating system. I brought in a licensed plumber and electrician that stated that there are no issues. After 2 years of the tenant not paying rent and the initiation of the eviction process Chelmsford housing refused to pay their portion of the rent because of the heating. Since December of 2021 I have been trying to get an electrician into the apartment and the tenant is alway not willing. When the winter was less than 0 degree the tenant still did not allow the electrician to go in and fix the said heating issue in the bathroom. Meanwhile, Chelmsford housing and the tenant are both not paying me any rent. I an spending money with on a lawyer to get her evicted. I have had drug issue with the tenant's boyfriend who lives in the apartment. Another police report of tenants boyfriend braking into the 2nd floor tenant apart, stealing and lying but naked in his own vomit after heroin use in the tenant coach. I give the police report to the manager of Chelmsford housing. I Never know people are above the law. I called the lowell police to allow entry into apartment to fix their claimed heat issue. The tenant did not allow entry. Even the Lowell building commissioner was denied entry to inspect the apartment. Surprisingly, with all the above document the housing manager states that there is not enough evidence that tenant has violated the lease agreement. "Currently the SAGA continues." Be careful renting to Chelmsford housing tenant. Chelmsford housing enable/empower their tenants to violate lease agreement and support them when they don't pay their rent. no amount of evidence will make them hold their tenant accountable. i have filed complaints with boston housing and urban development. run for your life when you met chelford housing tenants. working with is beyond nightmare. IT'S BEEN 3 YEARS OF HELL.

The Director of the Chelmsford Housing Authority (Hedison) gives new meaning to the word "scum." (He must be part of the "No-Nephew-Left-Behind Program--in other words, politically connected--because, on his own, I don't think this idiot could get a job sweeping the streets.) In fact, I have met felons who have more class than this piece of trash (which might explain why the people who work under him tend to be either nasty and/or incompetent. After all, the fish rots from the head...)
