Interior of apartment buildings regularly stink like cigarettes and weed. Complaints to management fall of deaf ears. We had no hot water for around two and a half months. Managements response was "we're going to fix it". I had a light switch broken in my bathroom when I first moved in which controlled the fan and light, it took maintenance three months to fix this. There's currently mold in my bedroom and bathroom growing. I've been cleaning it and contacted maintenance about it coming back, no response at all, it's probably in the walls. Walls are paper thin and washer and dryers are regularly broken. You get the gist, this place is a pit

We love living at Pondside at Littleton. We got an incredible pond view from our apartment. The maintenance staff is good and sincere. Our maintenance requests are usually resolved in two or three business days if they are not urgent. Dominique at the management office is a sweetheart. She is an amazingly helpful person. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. There are plenty of available parking spots. Rt 2 and 495 are literally minutes away, yet we don't get that much of highway noise. The Littleton commuter rail station is a 6 min drive. It's a pet friendly apartment and there is no additional pet fees.
