Mobile homes are fairly non existent in MA and the few that are around well...no exception that over the years the park has grown significantly and homes are placed very close together. Many owners have added on with porches etc. This one is centrally located and easy to find. The majority keep their areas/space well kept. At the end of the day a house is a structure but a home is the people.

Very rare to find a rental. Well behaved pets allowed.
It's for 55 and older only, not as of yet. But it doesn't hurt to keep checking back with the office
Looking into mobile home what are the fees and do you have any for sale? if not can you buy a new one and have it put there?
