2,100.00 dollars for live this quality of apartments? Mill apartments in downtown and around lowell they are considered luxury apartments for the same price and better location.

Budget apartments, decent facilities, nothing spectacular Pros: They will pay for your heating. Ample parking Maintenance guys are very helpful Leasing staff is considerate Snow removal is timely and thorough No bug issues as of this writing Cons: One AC per apartment which is in hallway, nothing in the rooms. They don't have any automatic temperature regulation thermostat for heating, just one good old fashioned knob at the baseboard heater, this is really annoying... No microwave provided, you'll need to buy one Air circulation inside the building(unit) is poor, hallways smell... Floors creak during winter months, might get some angry visits from downstairs neighbor No individual smoke/CO alarms in the rooms but maybe its okay considering the small size of the apartment Lastly, the rooms are small... These maybe common in new England area but it found them inconvenient but if you're looking for a okay place in Lowell area go for it.

I have been living at the Princeton Park apartments for the past 3 years. Its a great place to live. They have one of the best apartment management teams I have had the chance to interact with. They are prompt in handling any situation and cordial. I would definitely recommend any one interested in moving here. The apartments are nicely designed. The community is well maintained. There is a small pond with children's play area, which a favorite of my 1 year old.

I have lived here for about 5 years. The office is always super friendly, nobody bothers you, its very quiet. I've only had to request maintenance twice since I've moved in, the apartments are very well maintained. I also live in a pet building however you would never know, I never hear any barking and my neighbors always pick up after their pet. I would recommend this community to my family and friends.
