I stopped in because there appeared to be a nail in my tire. The woman behind the front desk was able to check it and determine that the nail had not penetrated the tire. She was able to remove it from the side of the tire for no charge. That was extremely nice of her to do.

Terrible service, i came to this fowler location 6 months ago for wheel alignment, and purchased one tire due to a nail in my tire (rear passenger side) of my cadillac escalade. Not only did they replace the WRONG tire(rear driver side). They made me pay full price, they fished my old tire out of a tire grave yard out back. And insisted on putting it back on my truck. Now fast forward to today July 10 2022. They also DIDN'T NOT tight the cam bolts on my truck properly either. Which made my alignment go out of whack. So I ended up replacing hub barrings, cv axles, front rotors, brake pads and cam bolts. I've called corporate their solutions was to give me a free alignment. As if I would let them create more damage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION TRUST ME!!

Dropped my car off here for an oil change and they destroyed the front bumper and claim to have no idea what happened. Very interesting operation they are running here. Save yourself the time and go right next door.

Felt immediately comfortable as soon as I called and there was lady who picked up, As soon as i got there Jazz was even more of a relief , i just moved here from CT, and i needed to get my tire changed as it popped on the highway, As a young female you grow up getting told watch out for the automotive industry , don’t let them take advantage of you, Jazz was anything but that , she was very helpful, informative and had a GREAT personality. I’m sure the rest of the shop was great but jazz made my horrible day good again . !!!! THANK YOU JAZZ
