I had to wipes inside the car myself. How can you have customers if you don’t give them good service? I will never go back there. This was my first time I usually go to Joshua’s car wash never again..

Back window area was left completely unwashed and very gunky. I specifically pointed that area out to attendant before wash. Attendant was rude and dismissive.

Their exterior wash is same as full service...price is high and the people who work there needs some new cloth to dry the car properly.. Not recommended.

Good experience my first few visits. Now prices increased and service went down. Exterior wash was $13. Now $15. Don't mind price hike if service is on par, but it isn't. Car still very dirty. Didn't get the job done.

Sucks. Stay away
They do a good job. My car is always spotless. The interior doors and windows are wiped. Though I see smudges but that's better than before. Even the trunk is vacuumed and wiped down to the door frames. You also can tell that Giant car wash is so popular is from the lines of cars waiting at least half a block away. For $16.95, it's good enough for me.
