Over priced and nasty cashier. The mechanic took me over to his computer to talk about the oil for my car and she yells at me like I took it upon myself to walk in the shop and then tells me to get my car out and glad I did cause the oil change was way overpriced just like their car wash.

THEY SCRATCH CARS! STAY AWAY! Wish we had seen the other reviews first! Huge scratch on car from the electric broken brushes. Same experience as others: Manager denies and refuses to pull up the camera footage. If you care about your car then don't use this carwash.

I was desperate for a car wash and was in the area or I NEVER would come here. I knew they were pricey but this is downright criminal. I usually pay 20/25 dollars for a full service car wash. Not only did I pay $38 here plus tax, BUT when I went to give my credit card, they told me there is a service charge!!!! Granted it was only $1.35 but it’s the principle of the thing. I’d rather eat that money and swallow it then give it to them. On top of everything, there was no heat on in the waiting area and it was literally 20 degrees outside. Sooooooo don’t waste your money here.

I wanted to give four stars because it was a little pricy, but the staff was super nice and friendly! I'm not used to the Brooklyn area yet so I've never been to a car wash that wasn't completely automated or I didn’t run the wand myself. These guys were very professional and understanding when I asked to just run my toy through the tunnel. Thank you for the wash and tire shine!
