My daughter has had her car at the shop for 3 months now. They keep giving her the run around. Then they lost the part. No one wants to take responsibility for this. My daughter used to be stationed in Florida before the accident. She got orders to relocate to Texas. It has be a nightmare dealing with these people. No one has answers. All she can do is wait and hope this gets fixed soon. Dealing with this from Texas has been a nightmare! Don’t go here!

I needed my side view mirror replaced. At first, we kept getting the wrong part — at no fault of Brandon Collision’s. Judd, the manager, became aware of the mishap and made certain to take care of my situation. He worked with Denny to narrow down why the part wasn’t fitting. They figured it out, but it took extra time to get the correct part in. They didn’t hesitate to set me up in a rental, so I wouldn’t have to bring my vehicle back in. I got my car back that week, and they had even washed it for me. Denny did the repairs. He is a great guy; he took time to talk to me and shook my hand — I’d drink a beer with him. The repair job is seamless. Judd and Denny at Brandon Collision provided such excellent service, I had to leave this review. They are good folks who went above and beyond to help me. What could have been a very frustrating situation, became an experience that I got to laugh at with a couple of good guys who wanted it fixed as badly as me. They did everything under the sun to get it done. Thank you guys, and I thank the rest of the staff, too.
