We have been going in for years. I took my family there tonight and it was very mediocre. Usually it’s awesome plus great deals. The tattered menus printed on computer paper takes away from the Pizza Hut feel. The salad bar was hardly a salad bar, it used to be amazing with all sorts of choices. Waitress never brought silverware or napkins until requested. Girl was nice just seemed under trained. Please add specials back. We spent over 100 bucks so I just wanted a little more for my buck. The pizza was vey tough and greasy, I’m not really sure what’s going on. I really hope they go back to the tradition Pizza Hut we all loved growing up

Went for pizza there tonight, hadnt been in the door for a couple years, nope its no better, ordered a salad it got to the table i heard them say no more salads.... thghen the pizza got to the table it was wrong. The waitress actually said sorry i dont have any training. I wont be back.

Where do I start? I ordered a pizza for delivery on the 11th of May 2022. After an hour and a half of waiting I called the store just to find out that the pizza was sitting at the store because it was taken down as pickup, even though I asked for delivery service. When the pizza was finally delivered it wasn't even what I ordered. Wrong toppings, wrong crust and the pizza was obviously cold by then. I had to give this review a star so I could write this review. It's just to bad I can't put -5 stars! It's bad enough that pizza hut now charges for sauces but now they charge for sauces and never deliver them. Not to mention having to give the driver instructions to the house when it is a very simple location. Do yourself a favor and call Dominoes! They deliver what you pay for and they found my address with no problems. Weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund! Even after being told twice that I would be contacted in four business days. It is now June they basically steal your money. Last time I heard that's called fraud.

Ordered a food delivery last night, and waited almost 2 hours before realizing this place never made my order, or sent anybody to deliver it!! You had my phone # and could have called me to let me know, instead of letting me set and watch out the door for your driver! Immature. Terrible business practice!!!!!
