While Joann’s is an amazing fabric store, I feel as though it’s a little too pricey. Everytime I go there, I spend so much money for such few things. I bought a sewing machine for a friend who wanted me to teach her how to sew but then she ended up having to travel somewhere. I took it back, unopened, untouched and I had to pay $25. Why? $25 is a lot of money to just take from people over something that is out of their control. I don’t think that this fee is necessary at all considering how expensive everything ALREADY is. I love this store, but I think it’s very money hungry.

The wrost shopping experience I had. There was one manger in particular, that was extremely RUDE and CHILDISH and UNPROFESSIONAL.She was dress in a all black suit, tall, skinny, with glasses and wears her hair in a bun. I didn't get her name because I was too upset. I guess she's one of the assistants, which she shouldn't be. I went up to her, to ask her a question and she SNAPPED at me, so I SNAPPED back. Every since that encounter happen. Prior to my friend and I shopping. She seem to be passing by me especially very AGGRESSIVELY multiple times throughout the store while we were shopping. Last time she pass me she almost BUMPED me on my way to the restrooms. I was very UNCOMFORTABLE 😕 I felt like I couldn't shop without her by my hip. Like she thought I was trying to steal or something. I felt like she's was trying to provoke me. NOT COOL. 👎😖😥

I love this store, I go here for all my crafting needs. The staff is helpful and friendly. I especially love the people at the cutting table since they're always so friendly and helpful and always ask me what I'm making with the cloth!
