Great family company always there I want to thank Gino for all his hard work. And and Ed thank you for putting it in our new oil tank . Whenever I call you're always pleasant whoever answers the phone.

We have been using Ryan Oil for a few years since our former oil company retired. We've always thought it was important to stick with a company for oil and service - and that really worked out this morning when our furnace was trying to turn on but wouldn't. A call into Ryan Oil brought a technician out a few hours later and diagnosed it as the safety switch. Fixed and we have heat again! Automatic delivery and prompt return of phone calls is another plus!

Ryan oil is reliable. I am one who is a last minute person. As I’m running out of oil, my hot water heater leaked everywhere. They were out in less than an hour. My oil tank was leaking and within a couple days the tank was replaced. I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend them.

Good old bad customer service is what I experience with them. Their repair work is very sloppy. last year, eddie took three hour to replace a fan panel and left indicating everything was working but when we turned it on, the furnace did not work. He had to came the second time. Whats worst, the following summer, the fan didn't go on when we turn on the AC. We call them, eddie came for 10 minutes indicating it was a broken wire, had to strip and connected back. We were charged over more than $125 for 10 minutes of work over something he broke on a previous job. Oil delivery is a joke, they only go to your town once a week, so you could wait as long as a week during heating season to get the oil. The year before, after the annual furnace cleaning, they did not plug back the water pump, we got water on a basement after we turned the A/C the following summer, once again sloppy. I used them for 3 years but is going with someone else. I am done of paying eddie for sloppy work and his mistakes.

Yes we do, we offer a 10 and a 12 month Budget Payment Contract. Budgets are based on your average annual consumption of heating oil multiplied by what we believe the average retail cost of heating fuel will be and then divided by either the 10 or 12 months. The 10 month Budget start in August and end in May, the 12 month Budget start in June and end in May. All Budget payments are due on or before the 15th of each month. As long as all budget payments have been made on time Customers will receive a discount on the number of gallons delivered during the heating season (2019-2020)

A1 – If you are asking if we have Oil Contracts the answer is unfortunately No. Connecticut State law requires any Oil dealer entering into an Oil Contract (Pre-Buy, Cap or Lock in Price), the dealer is required to secure 85% of the product prior to going to their customers. A2 – If you are asking if we have Service Contracts we do. It would cover your Annual Tune-up, billable service hours and the standard parts.
