I may be biased because I prefer the small Joann stores to the really large "super" Joann stores, but I enjoyed my visit. The employees were both super nice and helpful and there was a large variety of items for different hobbies in a stock. I was quickly able to find what I needed and didn't have a wait at the cutting table for service. The store does have a lot crammed in a small space so I could see it feeling claustrophobic at a busy time. I'll be back to this store.

They do offer sewing knitting and other classes at the Albany store. The Clifton Park store is too small to offer classes. But if you go online and definitely down in store you could ask them. Also, if you dont want to take the trip down, call :)
