Take 5 Oil Change

Oil change and they checked fluids, tires. Checked air filter under the hood and replaced the cabin air filter (quite dirty) in all my years of dealing with oil changes, etc., no one has ever checked the cabin filter. Sure did increase my ac air flow. Great folks and great service!!

Krissie did the oil change and inspection on our truck when my husband took it up there. She was so friendly, made the service quick and efficient. I won’t go anywhere else now, and I will always ask for her when I visit. She was awesome and is definitely an asset to the business! If you go, ask for her and you won’t be disappointed.

I had a great experience at Take 5 store #0051 in Garland, TX. Tech Richard and Bruce did an excellent job with changing oil. This is my first time using Take 5 and will use them again. Awesome experience and service.

Second one on the bay door. Sat there for about 30 min while I watched others come and go on the other bay doors. I asked why they were taking that long to take me in. She said the car in front of me had other issues. So they skipped me like 5 times and before they were gonna take another car in that just got there I had to say something. Finally they took me in and now I've been here for over 45 minutes. This guys are laughing having a good time passing around a vape pen with who knows what's in it. Now I'm wondering if they're even going to do a good job. The last 2 times I've been here it's been the same. Long waits and that's the opposite of what Take 5 advertises. About to lose me as a customer and I have 2 towtrucks that I bring here on the regular.
