This hotel had no definition of hospitality! We felt as if our concerns were a laughing matter. The room was cold, with the bare minimum accommodation. What a rip off And they know it. Had someone addressed me with the proper respect maybe I we wouldn’t be here!

The room was clean and the bed was good. Service could be a little better. Hallways were dirty. Stains and French fries all over the floor. I had an 9 hour flight the next day and only got 3 hours of slept due to the other guests running and screaming in the hallways all night long! I had reserved this same place for my return but I cancelled and booked another place. My first and last time there.

Be aware that parking is on the street. Somehow we overlooked that detail, and we had to drive around several times at 11 at night trying to find a parking spot. Check-in seemed to be a little slow. The room was clean and nice. The air conditioning was set at too low a temperature and I was not able to back it off. Finally got up at 3 in the morning and just turned the unit off completely. I wasn't overwhelmed with breakfast, options included toast and bagels, I don't remember what else. I ended up not eating anything there and we stopped on the road later.

By far this has been one of the worse hotels I ever visited, my wife and I booked 2 nights in this hotel that we ended up spending only 20 minutes. As soon as we checked in I noticed a very strong cigarette and marijuana smell but we ignored it. the receptionist gave us a room in the basement since the rooms in the top floors were “booked”. As soon as we open our room that cigarette and marijuana smell was so strong and that’s when the red flag came up. Like every other hotel that visited in the past we always inspect the room to make sure everything is up to standard. after we decided to inspect the room and the very first thing we noticed was this big urine stains all over the mattress and sheets also there was a fresh blood stain and hair in the bathroom towels. This place was a mess not only the rooms were dirty but that marijuana and cigarette smell was very strong is funny how they made me sign a paper that if we smoke in the rooms they’ll charge me $700 fine when this place smells like cigarettes and marijuana already. We went back to the lobby and spoke to the representative which was extremely rude when we asked to get a refund, he offered a room in the top floors contradicting himself because he had mentioned when we arrived that all the top floors were booked, now all of the sudden he now has a room in the top floors. I called orbitz to try and get a refund and when they called the hotel to verify that what I was saying was true they denied everything even after I showed him the pictures we tooked. At the end they refused to give us a refund for the 2 nights and only gave us a refund for one night. Terrible place please, go somewhere else this place is not safe.
