Not so much. I prefer supporting local businesses and I have owned my own, but the staff and people who work there seem to be a little reactive and take things quite personally depending on who you work with. I have called ahead for items and arrived there and the staff are irritated and defensive because explain I called ahead to make sure you had it in stock before I drove over here. It’s a simple thing and no one can expect that it will always work out. But when I call ahead and go an hour later to your store and you don’t have the item you said you had in stock. Well it’s a bummer. I have spent a lot of money in their store and never left there feeling like I should go back and always spend my money there. I hope they will continue to prosper, but I think if you are in the customer service industry it’s good to be able to manage your triggers and emotional reactions so that you can face off with the public service in a healthy and productive way. It’s never personal. For now I’d take my business elsewhere and say no thank you to Yes computers..

Surely I'm not the first to say this, but Yes! to YES computers. They fixed a keyboard issue in 1.5 days, and were able to verify it was under a Mac warranty so I didn't have to pay. Hooray! Plus, curbside pickup and drop-off made it super handy with kiddos in the car.

I had to drive here from CT because Apple stores were not available and this was the closest Apple approved store near me. They fixed my computer (software issue) in I'd say, at most, a week. I wish I'd have taken the name of the gentleman I spoke with. He informed me that they MAY have to do something that would cost me more. I always assume techs use our ignorance against us, like mechanics (I'm skeptic). I explained if that's what's needed fine but I'd rather not. He did his thing, called back in about 30 min I'd say and explained they wouldn't need to do something that involved me needing an external hard drive. His efforts to not force a sale and kindness prompted me to purchase the service of them backing up my data anyways. He also went through and made room on my Mac then updated it for me. And didn't judge me if I happen to have free movie software, can't be mad at that.

Call them directly. Also, check with your school who may be able to arrange a better discount than just a 'student' discount.
Hello. I believe you are asking two questions. First is: How much total storage (capacity of data) does my computer have? and... How much of that space am I using? The answer is in the "About this Mac" window. Find it under the black Apple logo in the upper left side of your screen. Select the 'Storage' tab for that information.
