BUYER BEWARE I went in for testing (all good) but had to prepay for the appointment $200.00 with the understanding this was for services rendered. When I was leaving I offered my medicare card to see if they would reimburse for services ( no one from the office asked for my insurance). 6 months later I get a bill in the mail for services. So I place a call and one person tells me I understand and than the following day a different person tells me I owe the balance. Mind you this is not about the money this is about honesty/integrity. I'll be speaking with medicare about there billing practices.

I always receive quick and prompt service from Tanya, Sherri helps me understand my bill and Erin gives me exceptional customer service and ensures all of my needs are met at every appointment. Today, I was able to bring both of my parents to Audiologic Solutions. We met with Dr. Erin and she was completely awesome. This was my parents first visit to the office as they both wear hearing aides, but recently moved to this area and needed to see a practitioner for their yearly exam. They both had full exams so the time spent with them was quite lengthy. Every minute Dr. Erin was with us she overflowed with kindness, care, understanding and thoroughness. During your visit to our office an audiological evaluation will be conducted. The resulting audiogram will determine your current hearing level and if hearing instruments would provide benefit. If any medical contraindications are identified, patients are referred to an otolaryngologist (ear, nose, and throat doctor). This comprehensive evaluation by our Doctors of Audiology is billable to most insurances.
I ordered the nano hearing aids you see advertised online and thru the mail/may send you literature asking if you want to try them/they had a BOGO deal. They were tiny/fit right into my ear...flat w/outer part of ear BUT I could not tolerate them being in my ears/they sent me a set of the ones where part goes behind your ear. These worked for at 1st(they were rechargable)but after a while they would not hold the charge/after 1 hr of wearing them they would stop working. Next I tried Nano's that had batteries but those kept falling out of my ears. I finally sent them back before the trial period ended/the price kept going up. I went to a practive near my work/home and had extensive hearing testing, asked many questions which the Audiologist was able to answer/very professional/knowledgable. I am very happy w/my new aids/My insurance covered most of the cost/Go back if I have an issue & 4 a checkup every 6 months/they can be fine tuned to my hearing needs/mail order ones Can Not!!!
