Hot water never lasts more than 3 mins until it's Luke warm. Things don't get fixed but I get constant emails stating that the issue was addressed and closed, ongoing construction, can't use the pool, rent is outrageous. On a good note, at least it's not as bad as the village, it's quiet, neighbors are cool for the most part, and downtown is just 2 min drive. Suggestions: invest in a larger laundry facility instead of those ugly metal railings, why not put in a fitness center since you charge more than other townhouse communities that have so much more to offer and rent is far less? Also, tenants pay a lot of money to I've here, yet they can't use the pool... why advertise on your website all the bennies and perks if you can't utilize them? Give ppl a discounted rent until everything is up and running. Overall not worth living here. It's like the owners took the best of all the worst material and slapped it all together with no extras and expect top $$$. It's not a luxury townhouse community. Stop pretending it is.

Hi Maureen. Thank you for your question. Mariner's Hill Apartments has a selection of one and two-bedroom spaces. We do not have any studio apartments on site.
