When driving in to the parking garage, was greeted by the rudest female attendant. She yelled at us for not having cash. Politely explained to her there are signs saying they accept cards, if we could just have a ticket and pay the hourly rate when we leave. She told us “Not tonight there isn’t, there are 25,000 people trying to get in!!” I mean clearly there wasn’t, but she was the most unhelpful and unfriendly human I had the misfortune of encountering in Lowell. The garage should really have signs when they are expecting different forms of payment for events, or at least have someone with a shred of customer service skills attending the entrance.
