Andy was very helpful in ascertaining the problem of my battery. I was having trouble with turning it on and he tested it and was able to fix my issues by offering various solutions and knowledgeable options. Thomas was also there to help explain certain terminology to me when I had questions and Justin was a big team player in making the process run smoothly with wonderful conversations. I would absolutely recommend this autozone in particular for the amazing service 10/10 all around best experience I've had in an auto shop.

Worst customer service I ever seen by person or by phone same thing they don't need that many employees talking each other and ignoring customers 2 good employees is enough.

If I could give zero stars I would. The second attempt to come to this auto zone and it was TRASH. literally. The women in there get toooo smart when asking about a product. & the tall white guy with the neck length blonde hair? DISRESPECTFUL. You can tell they just there to be there because they aren’t helpful. Went to the surrounding auto zone and they said they hear the same thing about this auto zone. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was out of business soon.
