A big , clean and attractive store with plenty of well arranged items to purchase. Ground floor dedicated to women & juniors dresses and accessories. First floor for men and kids. Formals, suits, jewel's, causal s, office wears, watches, bags , shoes and travel bags all can be purchased. It's a premium store! Don't go with thin purse :)

there is a young lady named Rachel that works in the fragrance department, and she helped me find a gift for my mother with all the love and concern she would have with her own loved one. I want to go on record to say this, because it's very very rare I've ever been treated as an equal in Macy's on any department. she is an asset to your store, and perhaps she realizes what you should realize, that one cannot afford to be snobby and distance wearing heavy makeup if they want to adapt to the new post covid world. give this young lady a raise!!!❤️
