Rob Tunnera is an incredible realtor and person. He made a lifelong dream of mine come true, in this crazy market no less. He always kept me informed and prepared for the next step in the first time home buying process and I couldn’t be more grateful that I went with him!

Working with Rob could not have been more optimal. He provided realtor services on marketing a rental unit for me in Marlborough. He pooled all applicants, conducted all background checks, had them fill out applications, conducted all credit checks, set up and carried out all showings and we were able to find a qualified tenant and rent the unit on time. He charged an extremely affordable price and I cannot again recommend his services more highly. I will absolutely be reaching out to work with him again in the future

When our mom passed away my sisters and I decided to sell the house, and as the PoA I was in charge of putting it on the market. I knew Rob from his work in city government and asked for his help. Over the years the house had fallen into a bit of disrepair. and he pointed out things that could be easily corrected to help improve the selling price. He not only pointed them out, he helped to arrange having them done! I haven't had much experience working with a real estate agent, but I'm sure the kind of help I was getting from Rob was above and beyond the typical. Bottom line, the house was on the market for a very short time and sold above the asking price! True, right now it's a "sellers market", but it helps to have the help of the "right seller", and Rob was definitely the right person for the job... 5-stars and a big thumbs-up to Tunnera Real Estate.

Working with Rob is a joy! He has been nothing short of amazing through two property purchases (one of them remote from CA!). He stays on top of everything, is always available, knows and lines up any and every resource we have ever needed, and makes sure all work is done right. He's resourceful, pleasant and responsive. Rob has become our permanent property management partner and a good friend. He is truly the best.

Questions & Answers

Are real estate prices negotiable?

Aviation Training Institute Tucson | Sep 2, 2021

Yes, they are. The country is not one size fits all, so what can be accepted as an average price in one area of the country might be considered inflated in another.

What is the selling price of my home?

sunny fed | Sep 2, 2021
William Jones | Sep 2, 2021

The value of a home is not a universal thing. What are some things that can affect the value of the home by considering factors such as location, condition, size and age? Are you planning on selling very soon? A fair asking price would be one at which at least three buyers are likely to bid. If you wish to sell your property this year, it may have less time for potential buyers to find out about your listing before it expires.

A home inspection is a good idea, because it can save you money and aggravation later on by finding problems before they become costly. Home inspections are also commonplace in the insurance industry - so if you're buying a home with an FHA or VA loan, get your lender's permission first but beware that he/she may not tell you that you should do one.
