Visited NJ Wendy's while on a weekend getaway from PA. The restaurant was very neat and clean along with the Women's bathroom. Ordered food to go. Ordering was quick and efficient. Food came up in no time and was hot.

I'll give a 4 even though the restaurant was close and the orders was made just by the Drive Thru and the wait was long but the "Strawberry Frosty" was so delicious that they deserve the 4 star rate

This location needs to learn customer service. The manager yelling today in her hoodie was so professional! Wendy's should do a better job on the hiring process and not hire anyone with a pulse. Won't be going there anymore when there are many others places to goto.

WARNING DRIVE THROUGH ONLY!!! VERY POOR SERVICE. THEY ARE supposed to open lobby doors after 11: AM ACCORDING TO POLICY. FOR CUSTOMERS TO HAVE THE OPTION OF ORDERING inside and not spend their high priced gasoline, waiting on a drive through line. THEIR EXCUSE WAS THAT, THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES. "REALLY", UNEMPLOYMENT DEPT, NEEDS TO CHECK UP INTO THIS. Here's a picture of what happens when you complain, to them about having to walk up to the drive-thru window, in order for you to order food. I ordered a grilled chicken combo. They gave me a cold nasty grilled chicken SANDWICH with nasty lettuce and tomato, no mayonnaise and when I asked for them to add cheese, well this is what I got served. The Wendy's at Linden NJ & Elizabeth NJ are welcoming & always open their doors & have great service. It's worth the trip. But I'd stay away from this unprofessional unmanaged place. It's a shame they're in a great area with astronomical potential. By the way, I gave my sandwich out to a dog.
