Terrible and rude manager in the store scammed me yesterday pretending she didn’t know why I was being charged an extra 68 dollars for my furniture pickup. She was adding on insurance, yeah right you didn’t know. Completely dishonest. She was rude to people on the phone as I was in there as well. Go to another store.

3 stars because of the manager,she was so uninterested in her work. She was so rude to the other team members.She unheard whenever I tried to ask for help and she shouted at one team member for calling her to help.

It’s very frustrating to visit this shop. 1- They show the item in computer inventory & also as a show piece, but they have.no availability. The inventory of Big lot has a major software problems. 2- The manager is rude. Can’t understand her language. 3- She doesn’t care to even give respect. She asks customers to help pick up the packets We should not visit this.
