I wish I didn't have to leave a star because they don't deserve one. Long story short my couch broke by someone sitting on it. I purchased the warranty they recommended, I went through the warranty first before going through Bob's. Not only does it take 7 business days for them to just reply back to you, they told me I was inedible and had to go through Bob's. I went through Bob's, they sent a tech out, only to be told they can't fix it that I would have to go through the warranty. Spoke to several people no one could help me. I'm frustrated because it took 3 weeks to get here and my couch still remains broke. So now I have to reach out again to the warranty and wait another 7 days for them to get back to me. I use to buy all my furniture at Bob's and now I will no longer do so.

I bought a dining table with 6 chairs. The sales associate, Dennis, at Bob's in Woodbridge, New Jersey was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the product and other merchandise. He answered all questions I had regarding warranties and deliveries. I also have to order new cushions for sofa I bought few years ago at Bob's and he gave me information as to who to call. Dennis made the purchasing experience very pleasant. He was friendly and not pushy. I would go to him for additional purchases.

Bob's was a perfect option for my brother who was looking for a sofa. There were actually 4 that fit his needs but while working with the experienced salesman he was able to chose what worked best for him. Process was quick and easy...able to take possession of the sofa within the week we purchased. We were first off the delivery list and they did what they said they would...notified us via text/email/and phone. Delivery guys did an awesome job...all done within 10 minutes of showing up. So far so good with the product and would recommend my Bob's experience with others.

I came here March 2021 and I must give credit to Stephanie solely for her assistance and helping me find the right furniture that I ended up loving. My 1 star is with my overall dissatisfaction with the service I received from this store and it’s employees specifically. I spent over $2300 in this store, shipping fees included in that as well. Stephanie did inform me they were “a little” behind, which apparently meant 7 months. I was told if my items arrived in a unreasonable time frame, I’ll get refunded my shipping fee. Apparently, that wasn’t true. I work with the public and I deal with satisfying customers needs, so I’m aware of how that go.. but I never give information that’s either not true, or I’m not sure about before verifying that information. I called this store, and customer service numerous times throughout this time frame of expecting my furniture. I received little to no help from both parties, which was beyond upsetting because no one was 1. Honest enough to let me know that “a little” delayed meant I would be in a empty home embarrassingly waiting for furniture that I was so greatly proud and excited for. 2. Courteous enough to return my calls and help me resolve the issue. No one properly gave me any assistance to ever help resolve my issue. I was offered a $100 Bob’s discount gift card that I’ve declined because in all honesty, based on the service I received I can’t spend any more money with the company. I’ve spoken to customer service at different locations, as well as this specific store and it was basically “my lost” which wasn’t fair when I was promised something that wasn’t upheld. I absolutely love my couch, but the service I received from here was extremely dissatisfying.
