While trying to order, employee was on her phone arguing with her husband saying how she wants a divorce. When someone finally came to help me I was told that they Will not take cash, only card at the kiosk. It’s the only place open at the rest area and I cannot get food because I only have cash.

Refuses to take orders at the counter. Have to order at the kiosk with no full menu availability. Then calls your number and asks what you ordered. They refuse cash a fully legal American currency. If I wasn't passing through this would be grounds for a lawsuit and justifiably so. Cash is again a fully legal tender and I'd rather pay cash on the road.

Everybody did a great job! Thanks for having such fast service while being the only cashier. I saw real team work starting from the sandwich maker to the cashier. Thanks. This was at 10:15 pm Thursday night. You guys had the line moving fast! Ty

Ok. It's Burger King. Reliable, right? No! On their touch screen menu I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Paid. When I got to the counter I was informed that they "didn't have grilled chicken." This is fine, but it didn't stop here. "... we haven't had grilled chicken for two years." Then why it's it on the menu!?! Fine. I'll take a crispy chicken. Tasted old, and was twice the price of any other Burger King. I recommend you just wait another few minutes in line at three popular chicken place at the next counter.

people are not spacing 6 feet apart when it is busy, it is pretty small waiting area, so it will be very difficult to do so when busy. everyone has mask on and the checkout counter are seperated by plexiglass setup.
