The Grande at Metro Park

We lived at the Grande for the past 2 years and had a terrific experience there. The staffs are all kind and helpful. Nice amenities and quiet & safe neighborhood. Maintenance teams were very quick to respond to the requests. We lived in building 3, but building 2 (closer to the highway) may be a bit noisy. Overall, great experience and highly recommend!

From the first time I encountered the staff at The Grande at Metropark, I was immediately impressed. Eric spent over an hour on the phone with me, after he was supposed to leave for the day and answered all of my questions about potentially moving in, and some I didn't even know I had. Upon meeting Eric for the tour, he took my partner and I on an extensive tour of the property and was nothing but personable, polite and informative. We felt immediately comforted by his demeanor. We were able to meet Lisa at the holiday party as well...she is by far one of the kindest, sweetest women I have ever met. Her attention to detail and safety are incomparable. Other staff members are just as great, always greeting us with a smiling and welcoming energy. I give this place a 5 star review and then some!

Eric Melton is one of the best resident managers for the grande metro park. He is consistent, understanding, and very helpful when it comes to the apartments. Lisa is a very nice person that helps, understands and protect people from the outside. I love this place, it is a safe, fun environment. You will love it too!

I have lived here since July 2019, and I must emphasize that the experience has been magnificent, the best staff I have ever met; Super friendly, always ready to help you, all areas are always impeccable, the manager Miss Lisa is an angel, she is super human, super willing to answer your questions, an efficient service at 1000 x 1000, the employees are incredibly attentive, especially Erick He is always ready to answer your questions and solve them and what I like the most is that he is always in a good mood and in a positive attitude, the cleaning staff always keeps everything impeccable and the truth is that I hope to live here with this super staff for many years . Love it! I recommend them 😍
