I don't live in LA anymore, but every time I come home I make a pilgrimage here. Friendly, truly delicious, modestly priced --not modest portion 😁 My favorite is a Super Huarache, and I ordered a lot more vegetarian food than usual and it was also excellent. Great for folks with a vegetable in their group (squash blossom, mushrooms, potato, etc).

This was truly the best Mexican food have had in years. The service was great. The cashier took her time to turn on some out door heaters for us. I would definitely recommend it. Our cousin was with us and he is from LA and he recommended it as well. Nice little spot.

Huarache was smaller than expected but surprisingly quite a good size. Agua frescas are great here and there’s a patio/outdoor seating area!

Pretty good Mexican food. They specialize in huaraches, which I didn't have, but heard they are good. Instead I went for the special of the day which it was Pozole, it was tasty and not spicy. The caldo de res was undercooked, the vegetables not tender enough according to my friend. The aguas frescas were delicious, not too sweet but just perfect. My husband had carne asada and he liked the taste. They extra sitting on the back.

Good evening Ana, know why it would be the reason that they would not answer the phone, but surely I tell you this, it is not very good for the business! If you have a little more of your attention, call again Monday or Tuesday, I understand that they open at 6:00 a.m. By chance, you have the opportunity to taste the food, there is your opinion, is it okay? Pretty much as any other place 6ft apart no dining in but you can dine outside and you can call for pick ups. And remember stay with your crowd .
