Tommy's Taxi came through for me when I was in a bind. My daughter was scheduled to volunteer at a camp in Boston in August. Originally, I was going to drop her off in the mornings. Unfortunately, I broke my ankle and cannot drive. I was really struggling to find someone who could take her to Boston. Tommy's Taxi agreed to take my daughter from our house to Boston for 5 days. The drivers were always on time for pick up. The taxis were clean. My daughter arrived on time or early. Tommy's Taxi also worked with me regarding payment as my daughter does not have a credit card. They made the whole process very smooth. My daughter had a great experience volunteering and wants to do it again next summer. I am truly grateful to Tommy's Taxi for helping me make this experience possible for my daughter. I would absolutely use Tommy's Taxi again if I needed a taxi.

Be super wary if you are using a card. I called to get picked-up from the train station. I was told because I am a couple towns over (though it is only 15 minutes drive from their HQ to my location) and since I am using a card, I had to give them my card number on deposit. WTH! Since when? Then when I challenge her on it she starts going off about how they are not some fly by night business and nothing is going to happen to my card, and I won't be charged. Tells me I can and will still pay in the cab, or at worst come into their HQ to do it. Most cabs have card readers now, and do not require a "deposit," nor the card number to show up to get someone. I literally hung up on her while she was mid-rant. I called somewhere else and that was also a mess because he cheated me. I wish I had the space to have Lyft or Uber on my phone. I don't know if it because there are so few companies in the area, but that is not acceptable. Trying to screw with someone from your first contact is not acceptable.

I had a 5am flight and was nervous to rely on Uber or Lyft since it was so early. Tommy’s taxi service was amazing and my driver was awesome! He called the day before to confirm and he was early - even at 3:30am! Definitely recommend

I have used them many times and they are usually reliable and courteous. Most recently, I had scheduled a ride home from Logan very late at night but the driver never contacted me to tell me where to meet him. I had to take an Uber. They charged me $50 and then refused to refund it when I explained what happened. Very disappointing.

Yes !! Just call the office and give them the flight information and a cab will be waiting for you when you get off the plane.

We open at 5 AM for local trips. We do offer early bird service to Logan Airport by advance reservation. The fare from Ashland would be $77 which includes tolls. If you wish to reserve an early bird taxi, please call us at 508-872-3500. We will need a credit card number to hold the reservation. Please call us at least a day in advance as we need to set it up with a driver.

we are looking at a flight into Boston that comes in at 1:30 AM. Would there be taxi service to Holliston at that time of "night"? This would be in June. Thanks

Its definitely possible, if you call to arrange it well in advance. WELL in advance is the key, cuz if you call too late and they already have ALL the drivers doing 'after hours' airport runs (for an add 'l $10 fee) they can't accommodate you. International flights are more likely to have add'l fees tacked on; if the driver has to wait for you to clear customs or file a lost baggage claim... Drivers are paid 40% of the 'fare' &no add'l fees means the driver is not being paid...
