I was a patient at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital for about ten days in November, 2021. The nursing staff was tops in their field, always taking the time to listen during their hectic shift! The therapist staff, both Physical therapy and Occupational therapy are the BEST! Pushing me to want to do my best. I left there so strong and confident!

Outstanding! My mother had a terrible accident where she broke her neck and while in the hospital we needed to choose a rehab center for her. Trying to be certain we chose the right rehab facility just added to an already incredibly stressful situation. Just finding a bed for her was a daunting task in itself. We ended up choosing Encompass and it was a great decision. My mom had nothing but praise for everyone here, she loved the nurses, doctors, OT's and PT's, said the food was good and everyone treated here fantastically. She said more than once that we chose the right place for her and she couldn't be happier. If you have a loved one that needs care I would not hesitate for a minute to send them here. I'm so grateful and thankful for the care, laughter, and respect they gave my mother during her stay! Thank you!

Although the rehab is workable my sister had her iPad stolen very soon after she was there. In Broad daylight while she doing rehab in another room. Of course no one knew anything about it and the staff said they'd investigate but not another word was said. Health South assumed no responsibility. Although it is clean enough it is poorly run. I hope we never have to return.
