It doesn't look like much from outside, or really inside, but cheapest drinks in MA, friendly service, Keno, darts, Touchtunes. This is a great time and the regulars can be fun. Great hidden gem in Lowell. Cash only, but they have an ATM. They have a kitchen, but it closes early, so no late night eats.
