I knew customer service had gotten a little lazy, but this is a disgrace! Most of the people who shop here are just trying to prepare for the next days jobs, they are tired and ready to be home too, especially at 7:30 pm, after beginning at 5:30 am! The manager, Travis, had to be called on the walkie talkies, twice, to come and assist one of our local Handymen for a phone sale of a high end client who was waiting on hold. After several more minutes, and the CSR, Al, had dinner most of the leg work, having the sale ready, and on the screen, the manager, Travis decided it was more important to fraternize with a colleague/ friend, instead of his customer right in front of him trying to communicate the information of the transaction. He showed just how professional he was, when he began to not just ignore his customers questions, but actually gave an attitude while he stood there, staring dumbfounded at the register screen. Ridiculous, and uncalled for! How embarrassing for Al, the CSR! Travis, you might want to consider a different occupation, we all have enough bs on the daily, and when your literally paid to be courteous, friendly, and helpful, in the Customer Service Industry, the Customer is Always Right! Shame on you, and shame on me for not saying something at the time of the incident. Have a Blessed day!

Our business has been buying from Home Depot for the last 10 years... We have bought tons of appliances with Home Depot, and as of recently we have had some awful experiences with them. One of these experiences being we paid for removal of an old dishwasher, a new dishwasher , and installation. They delivered the new dishwasher on July 7th, broken, removed the old dishwasher and left it in the middle of our tenant's living room... then promised on delivery of a new one and installation. Today July 21st they delivered the new one and the maintenance guy said he couldn't install it, and told our tenant to call an electrician. Home Depot was called today and they said they couldn't send someone to install the new one or remove the old one for another week. This isn't the first time we have paid for installation and then they have not installed the appliance. This is our fourth time with just dishwashers. Just this week we also paid for delivery and installation of a refrigerator , they delivered it this morning, then left without installation because, they couldn't take it to the second floor and our tenant had to take it up on their own because it was left at the bottom of their building. The same thing also happened yesterday with yet another refrigerator. This is just a couple experiences from this week, we called customer service... and were on a phone call for around an hour trying to fix the situation as we are loyal customers , no apology was given and most of the call they kept transferring me from department to department not resolving any issues. -MK COMMERCIAL.

Employees aren’t that helpful, most seemed absolutely bored and it was painfully obvious. Store was kept pretty clean and had appeared to have pretty stocked shelves.
