I would give them no stars if I could. The workers were nice. But they was chatting to much between customers. I think if they was paying attention to my order it would of came out right. The food was nasty cold, and dry. I had a breakfast sandwich and it only had one half on one end. The other side it was whole. My drinks were too watered down. Way too much ice.. so I basically bought 3 ice cups for close to $7.. the coffee station was disgusting, the napkins and straws and sugar holders were empty, and it was messy coffee and sugar spills. The eat-in tables were dirty also.I don't want to start with the bathroom. Nasty. I tell you with all the workers standing around chatting that place would of been shiny clean. Bad experience.. won't go there anymore.

Horrible service... does not fail... I ordered 2 stuffed bagels, 1 snack bacon, 3 hash browns ,2 bacon egg & cheese croissant, 1 chocolate stuffed croissant & 1 Boston cream ...everything was crunched in and shoved into a small bag with a bunch of crunched up napkins to top the bag ..i just wish i could have posted a picture. My food looked like it was all chewed up and nasty ... plus the person putting my food together had a very disrespectful attitude ... it's a shame that people do not appreciate their jobs ... very unpleasant Dunkin in Pleasantville NJ ...do not go there !!

My feedback today and always gonna be for Travis horrible employee 💯% me and my family always go there to drink some delicious coffee and eat something tasty. This guy named Travis always have a bad attitude against us, when he's gonna served our orders always do it I'm a bad way. If we ask for something simple like ketchup he doesn't care and ignore us. If he don't like he's job why he don't get another kind of job👍🏻😒
